SHECARES@SCWO renders assistance to persons experiencing gender based online harms, also known as tech-facilitated gender-based violence. Our services are open to all, including men and women.

We provide help through calls on helpline, text messages through textline, and face-to-face counselling services for victims of gender-based online harms. Examples of the types of harms faced by our clients include online impersonation, cyberbullying, image-based sexual abuse, doxing and others We also collaborate with Pro-Bono SG (PBSG) to provide clients with pro bono legal assistance through regular legal clinics. Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Service Engineer / Service Technician to support production by performing outdoor and indoor troubleshooting and maintenance work. You will perform preventive maintenance on machines and cost reduction. Support new equipment installation and major periodic maintenance activities as required.

What Will You Do

• Outdoor and indoor troubleshooting and maintenance work
• Participate in continuous improvement projects/activities to improve overall performance of machines and cost reduction.

What Do We Want

• · Min Nitec/Diploma & above in electrical and electronic/ engineering (AC & DC motors, single-phase & three-phase, lead acid & lithium batteries, electrical control circuits, hydraulic system) or equivalent.
• · At least 1-2 years & above of customer service experience in electrical background.
• · Able to read electrical diagram and well verse with electrical repair (Electrical circuit)
• · Posses Class 3 driving license. (If any)
