Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as Intern IT within its IT Team. The successful intern will support the IT Team in driving technological excellence by learning and contributing to key IT initiatives while working within a dynamic environment.  

• Support the implementation of infrastructure solutions and systems that drive organisational advancements. 

• Ensure reliable operations of IT equipment and systems through thorough maintenance and support for employees, while upholding compliance with organisational standards. 

• Collaborate with the IT Team and various stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and alignment in achieving IT objectives. 

• Assist in IT projects which include system implementations and organisational events to help facilitate successful initiatives and enhance operations. 

• Coordinate IT procurement efforts through liaising with vendors to secure optimal technology and services for the organisation.  

• Oversee management of IT systems user accounts and equipment inventory, ensuring assets are optimised and utilised effectively throughout their lifecycle. 

• Maintain meticulous documentation and support efforts to streamline processes, ensuring efficiency and clarity in all technology-related initiatives. 

• Undergraduate in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred. 

• Experience in utilising Microsoft products including Windows, M365, Office, Teams, and SharePoint 

• Experience in handling IT equipment, implementation, and support escalations is preferred. 

• Proficient in organisational skills and project management with system implementation is an advantage 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Highly motivated and the ability to work effectively in both team and independently 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with prior experience working in a multi-cultural environment

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Conduct thorough security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in products, systems, networks, and applications. Mainly

·       Simulate real-world attacks to test the security of systems.

·       Use both automated tools and manual techniques to exploit vulnerabilities and assess their potential impact.

·       Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

·       Stay updated with the latest security threats, tools, and techniques

·       Participate in ongoing training and certification to keep skills sharp and knowledge current.

Qualifications:

·       Proficiency in various programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

·       Deep understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and web technologies.

·       Familiarity with tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, and Wireshark.

·       Strong analytical skills to diagnose and exploit vulnerabilities.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal and regulatory advice to the senior management of the company and other relevant stakeholders, oversee compliance and risk management and will maintain and further develop our internal controls framework in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• You are responsible for the Legal function, and you will oversee the Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (“GRC”) activities across our 11 APAC markets as well as 6 markets within Central and Northern Europe;
• You will directly lead a mid-sized team of specialized lawyers in Singapore and you will indirectly manage a sizable team of legal, compliance and risk specialists within the markets you oversee;
• Your team will provide our business teams with legal and compliance advice on a broad range of operational, regulatory and commercial matters (including sales and partnerships, employment, competition, data privacy, IP, sanctions as well as financial market regulations) and you work closely with our Product department as well as our Management team in further developing our business model to drive expansion across our geographical footprint;
• Your responsibilities include corporate housekeeping for various legal entities that we have incorporated in the jurisdictions where we operate and you will be supporting a broad range of complex corporate projects (incl. M&A and restructuring projects) in collaboration with various other teams and stakeholders within our organization;
• You will be overseeing complex legal disputes across our markets, you will manage external law firms and consultants and you represent our company in front of regulatory bodies, industry groups, and other external stakeholders;
• With your team, you will identify and monitor potential areas of risk for our company and you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to maintain and further develop risk management measures and internal control frameworks to mitigate our risk exposure to an adequate level;
• Your team supports the implementation and enforcement of group compliance policies and guidelines (e.g. related to anti-bribery, anti-corruption and data privacy), trains employees and overall promotes a strong culture of compliance and awareness throughout our organization;
• You will collaborate closely with the Global Headquarter of our shareholder in Berlin to ensure that group priorities and policies are effectively implemented and harmonized both at the regional and local levels.
