Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the standard requirements and specifications.

• Lead and oversees project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure on-time completion of the project
• Project planning and project management
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
• Provide guidance to engineers/workers in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Provide support on technical issues to Client.
• Conduct project meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Clients, etc.
• Attend regular client meetings to provide progress updates.
• Plan site facilities, handle payment verification, and resolve site disputes.
• Monitor ongoing site activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Project Management/ Facilities Management/ Construction Management/ Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience or Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Multi-discipline background and experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills
• Dynamic and comfortable to work in a fast pace environment
