• Manage administrative duties including office supplies procurement, office notices and repairs, equipment and office maintenance.

Required Skills/Knowledge

• 2-3 years of receptionist or office administrative support / experience required.
• English with knowledge on Cantonese will be preferable; Mandarin and/or other regional language a plus.

The Transportation Operations Coordinator is responsible for  ensuring the smooth operation of our logistical activities by driving carrier and service provider performance through collaboration and coordination of processes, carriers, and facilities. Ensures performance and lowest cost transportation by analyzing company and customer needs, researching transportation methods and auditing carrier costs and performances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationship and provide excellent customer service, understanding their needs and goals

The Role

As the Customer Success Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of providing support to our partner restaurants. This is a role that involves a high volume of inbound and outbound communication with our partner base. To ensure we deliver exceptional support throughout the various stages of the partner lifecycle, our team operates as three focussed verticals:

1. Onboarding: responsible for guiding newly acquired partners through their first three months with Quandoo

2. Partner Support: our frontline team handling all incoming communication channels - phone, chat and email
