HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Ensure Champs safety in all areas and activities. Eg: Champs are to be supervised at all times.
• Ensure all Champs hygiene at all times. Eg: Proper hand washing and food handling habits.
• Ensures classroom adheres to safety and hygiene regulations. Eg: Hygiene items are accessible, classroom is free from hazards.
• Report any damage/safety hazards in classroom to VP / P.
• To ensure cleanliness in all parts of the centre
• To lead class during any fire evacuation exercise and ensure that all Champs are accounted for.
• Food allergies of individual child are displayed prominently.
• Staff and children observe good hygiene practices.
• Children are supervised at all times.
• Staff’s attention is on care giving responsibilities, not on other tasks or interests.
