Position Summary

Responsible for the execution of the overall calibration & maintenance system/services for the equipment and instrument in manufacturing, QA and R&D.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide solution and technical support on equipment related issue.

Experiences, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Minimum NITEC or diploma technical qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidates M.T.O. based on past projects design records for costing purpose, and tabulate M.T.O. according to exisiting project database for procurement purpose
• Designs detailed cable way routing including penetration based on cable highway plan, cable schedule and equipment layout plan
• Indicates cable ladder and penetration information such as tag, size, category, and dimension
• Provides support in 3D modelling and subsequent extraction of information from 3D model to 2D drafting template in AutoCAD format with detail dimensions included
• Consolidates cable report from SLDs and Block diagrams

• Formulates cable schedule that can be used to quantfy electrical bulks for procurement

The LNG Cargo Assistant Loading Master responsibilities are:

1. Carry out LNG loading, bunkering operations and custody transfer from/to Floating Living Lab (LNG Bunkering facility).

2. Carry out loading and unloading process for LNG cargoes between vessels, ISO tanks, tanker trailer, truck loading unit (TLU) and vice versa.

3. Support other activities in relation to FueLNG businesses and services such as cool down, gassing-up in support of commissioning activities for LNG powered vessels etc.

4. Maintain records such as bunkering checklist, Certificate of Quality and Quantity (COQQ) and Bunker Delivery Note (BDN) of all activities occurred in the shift and to ensure proper changeover of shift including any follow-up activities requirement.

5. Conduct periodic routine inspections and maintenance on all equipment including onboard Floating Living Lab, tanker trailer, hoses, couplings, valves to ensure safe operating conditions.

6. Secure and prepare equipment and work sites for LNG bunkering work according to Safe Operating Procedures requirements such as safety zone preparation, FFE in place, dew point check, earthing point and etc.

7. Support training of new personnel or contractors for all LNG operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Operation

• Monitor daily production quantity to ensure output meets the planned targets
• Responsible for reviewing and controlling manufacturing documentation to ensureaccuracy and proper issuance.
