Job Description:

- Handle and manage the full spectrum of procurement functions with day-to-day operations.

- Source materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment according to specifications.

- Liaise directly with warehouse personnel and engineer to effectively monitor and replenish various raw materials, packaging materials, and overhaul/repair products for daily operations.

- Provide data entry support, proper record, and filing for warehousing functions.

- Assist in all incoming and outgoing product logistics arrangements with vendors.

- Assist in yearly and periodic cycle counts.

- The role includes handling Administrative tasks.

- Any other job duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years.

- IT / PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.

Overall in charge of multiple BIM projects for company.

Prefered to have 5 years above experiences as BIM MANAGER.

Strong leadership skills which can manage different levels of team members.

Excellent communication skills and servcice attitude towards clients.

Bachelor's degree and above.

LTA project experience is prefered.

•To control the food cost and the consistency of quality and quantity of food served

• Assists in the implementation of annual promotion plan and menu change cycle.

• Assists in maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas.

• Co-ordinates with Assistant F&B Manager in ensuring that operations functions are efficient and timely

• Recommend and organize proper and systematic storage of food items in the kitchen

• Prepares duty rosters schedules vacation and public holidays accordingly.

• Competent with health, safety, and other emergency procedures

• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Head Chef

• Minimum Degree required

• Good knowledge of MS office, Exel and Payroll Software

• High level of flexibility
