JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand business users’ requirements
• Recommend software solutions to resolve users’ request (Traders and Risk Analysts)
• Create and develop Risk Enterprise applications (Risk reporting, pricing, metrics etc.)
• Participate in other IT projects
• Work closely with other business and internal/external stakeholders e.g. IT vendor/IT team etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in IT/Information Security/Computer Science or any other relevant education
• Minimum 4 years of Software Development skills in Risk Management/Enterprise Applications (Java)
• Knowledge in the IT skill sets:

o SQL and relational database experience

o Development tools e.g. Gitlab, Docker, JIRA, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Artifactory, Kibana, Junit

o Cloud- Azure or AWS (Hybrid environment)

o Service oriented technologies e.g. JSON, Drop Wizard, Spring Boot, Protobuf. REST

o Web development using modern frameworks- ReactJS

• Independent, highly analytical, proactive and has good communication and interpersonal skills

· Handle full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work and attCi

· Preparation of necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ resolutions, striking off, etc

· Updating and maintaining of statutory registers

· Filing of documents with ACRA

· Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

· EP and work permit applications

· Payroll computation and CPF submissions

· Other corporate and administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned.

· Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is an advantage

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks in a prompt and efficient manner

· Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin

· Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

· Preparation of accounts in xero

Responsibilities:

-Handle recruitment process, posting job advertisement, shortlisting, arranging interviews

- Manage on-boarding and departure of employees

- Administer Work Pass (EP/SP/WP) application for new hires, renewal and cancellation

- Update and maintain employee records including employment contracts.

- Manage annual leave, sick leave and attendance.

- Ensure monthly payroll are executed on a timely basis.

- Office admin duties

Requirements:

- Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, Finance or Business Administration or O level, ITE.

- Well organized & with good interpersonal skills

Contract period:

• 2 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2027 (3 years)

Deployment:

• Monday to Saturday - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Scope of Works:

1. To follow Officer in Charge and do some Mechanical installation works (Gas meters)
2. To attend Emergency repair works along with response crew at Commercial as well as public areas
3. To attend the survey along with the survey team. Job requires to walk atelast 2 to 5 kms per day.

Requirement:

• Atleast NITEC (Mechanical) or Equivalent
• Proficient in Communicating in English
• physically fit and competant using hand tools for activities like flange management (Bolting, unbolting flanges & gasket installation), turning of valve keys, basic alignment of pipes and torquing.
• Must be comfortable with physical work and are able to carry loads of at least 20 kg.
