• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
• Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements
• Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated
• Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as carpenter
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Good understanding of basic math
• Good physical condition and endurance

Job Description:

• At least 6 to 9 years of hands on experience with SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, CO-PC, COPA, PS ) is Required;
• Experience with SAP Global Template Build and S/4 HANA
• InDepth experience and hands-on knowledge of Product Costing , Actual Costing , COPA and Knowledge of FICO Integration with other SAP Logistics modules
• Advanced knowledge and implementation experience in SAP Controlling , including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
• Proven experience in implementing SAP Finance and its integration with SD, MM, PP, PM modules to support product cost controlling and margin analysis.
• Expertise in leading business blueprinting, gathering and documenting business requirements, and designing SAP-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency in developing project documentation, including business process flows, training materials, and requirements gathering, alongside project management methodology experience.
• Extensive experience in cost controlling and management accounting within an ERP system

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 2 set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, Bank reconciliation, FA, Payroll & etc)
• Responsible for AR/AP, cash receipt, GL, payroll, revenue and expenditure
• Ensure accuracy of accounts records and timely month end closing for accounts
• Preparation and timely submission of quarterly GST and annual tax returns
• Assist in annual audits and filing of annual returns
• Assist tax agent in annual tax filing
• Assist finance outsource provider on group accounting and consolidation activities
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Profile we are looking for:

• ACCA/ Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience
• Experience in Odoo and/ or Xero accounting software preferred
• Experience in general ledger and accounts schedule reconciliation
• Good verbal and written communication skills
