Assist & Report to the QA Manager with hands-on operational facilities management and maintenance works in the supply cold chain environment.

Responsibility

• Responsible for Air-con Maintenance & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), repair work on building & infrastructure, building services management including wiring, doors, lighting, painting, office, fire protection system and related work in a GMP and GHP environment.

A day in the life

• Work to a pre-programmed pattern of cleaning throughout the club.
• Tidy, polish and scrub the bathroom areas to create a spotless and shiny changeroom experience for members.
• Ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment (bikes, boxing bags, weights etc) and wiping the mirrors and floor so they’re flawless.

Scope of work

• To assist the Administration Manager (AM) / School Leaders in the day-to-day operation of the school front counter, in general administration and in the school’s service excellence initiatives to achieve positive customer relations and satisfaction level.

The Personnel’s duties and responsibilities include:

• Handle phone calls, walk-ins and general enquiries from parents, students, and members of the public
• Render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including sick and injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases
• Communicate with teachers regarding parents’ messages from phone calls or walk-in parents
• Manage items on loan and/or for collection as assigned by the Admin Manager or VPA
• Manage stock of spare uniforms, office stationeries and pantry items
• Manage snail mails as instructed by Admin Manager or VPA
• Assist in the counting and sorting / distribution of brochures or leaflets / items to the teachers and students
• Maintain stock of first aid supplies
• Maintain the forms in General Office (ensure forms are current and replenished timely)
• Maintain tidiness of the reception area at all times
• Any ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the School Leaders / AM
• The Personnel is required to sign an undertaking to safeguard official information.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by SH/HOD overseeing the department.

Qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Academic qualification: at least GCE ‘N’ Level
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Pleasant disposition and people-oriented
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent in English language and a Mother Tongue language, preferably Mandarin
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Prior work experience with students in schools will be an added advantage
• First Aid Certification will be an added advantage

Contract Period:

Base Year: 2 Jan 2025 to 14 Nov 2025 or after the issuance of LOA whichever is later

The Personnel to be deployed must be able to commit to a full-time employment at the School for the work hours below.

Work Hours – Total 42.5 hours per week:

Mondays to Fridays - 8 am to 4.30 pm

Total hours per day: 8.5 hours (including one hour of lunch)

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays and school holidays in November and December and on the following days: Eve of Chinese New Year, -Thanksgiving and Award Presentation Ceremony (TAPC); Youth Day; eve of National Day; eve of Teachers’ Day and Teachers’ Day
• Service required on the first and last week of the school holidays in June.

Responsibilities

• Boosting sales revenue and profitability by achieving sales targets
• Serving Customer with professionalism
• Recommend packages according to individual needs and conditions
• Conduct professional scalp analysis; demonstrate features and benefits of company’s treatments, services and products
• Fix appointment, follow-up through reminder calls, and ensure customer visits the outlet
• Update clients records in the system
• Constantly educate customers on the necessity and benefits of company’s treatments, services and products
• Building rapports with customer and providing good customer service and needs in relation to hair scalp enquiries
• Perform basic hands-on treatments when necessary
• Complete daily sales report and povide administrative support for the outlet manager
• Collection and organization of client cards. Updating of customer’s progress in the treatment card and computer system
• Handle and manage customer feedback (complaints & queries)
• Support the outlet manager in coordinating stock ordering, repairing equipment, store maintenance etc.
• Assist in stock take as required on a rotational basis

Requirements

• Experience and competent in sales with minimum 2 year of relevant experience in the beauty industry
• Bilingual and Excellent communication skills
• 6 day work week including weekends and PH (Compulsory to work on weekends & PH)
• Sensitive to customers’ needs and pay attention to details
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
