• Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Channel Sales / Business Development Manager (CCTV), you will be responsible for driving the sales of VIGI CCTV product range through the company's channel partners islandwide of Singapore and drive growth and expand our market presence in the CCTV sector.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop, execute and implement strategic business development plans and campaign to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the VIGI CCTV market.
• Cultivate, manage and maintain new and existing relationships with clients and key channel partners to drive sales of VIGI CCTV products and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify new channel opportunities through market research, networking and secure new partnerships to expand the distribution network
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product and service opportunities

Job Requirements:

You will be part of the Alert Monitoring Team, to monitor pro-active and reactive alerts coming from various tools, perform 12 hr shift duties on rotation to support monitoring functions in BMC Control-M platform.
Monitoring – scrutinizing alerts received from our various tools and ensuring that they are properly logged and worked on.
Incident Ticket Management – entering alerts into ticketing tool (Remedy) and updating these tickets as necessary.
Escalation – contacting various support teams as necessary in order to ensure alerts are properly managed.
Automation – look into ways to automate repetitive tasks and work with vendors and internal parties to implement automated solutions
Process Improvement – continuously review current processes to identify rooms for improvement including automation and job optimization.
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline from a recognized institution.
Able to communicate with all levels of the organization from senior management, junior staff and technical personnel.
Able to work in a 12hr shift roster
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables and macros for creating and automating reports
Experience in BMC Control-M platform

As Indoor Sales Executive (CCTV), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of CCTV products and solutions to customers, both through direct interaction and by managing inbound inquiries

Job Descriptions:

• Proactively reach out to existing and new customers through phone, email and in-person interactions to understand their CCTV needs, while also managing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads to drive conversions
• Provide expert advice on product specifications, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities
• Prepare, present, and deliver sales presentations, proposals, Deal Registrations for salespersons and quotations to showcase the CCTV product range and its features to customers
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer support, including follow-up assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
