Job Description

The Sales Executive Role

• Identify potential customers and maintain customer network through the leads provided by our existing clients and our event attendance
• Provide quality sales and services using the company’s range of homeware products such as water and air purifiers with the team
• Recommend appropriate products based on your customers’ needs and your knowledge of our product features

Estimated Salary: $4000 to $10000 (including fixed basic pay and variable pay depending on performance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, GMP).
• Perform risk assessments, gap analysis, and prepare validation documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of validation strategies for process and utility systems (e.g., HVAC, water systems, cleanrooms).
• Lead or participate in FAT, SAT, and related commissioning activities.
• Ensure all CQV activities meet project timelines and budget requirements.
• Provide technical expertise during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Continuously monitor and improve validation processes in alignment with industry standards and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of CQV experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with CQV of manufacturing equipment, including bioreactors, lyophilizers, or packaging lines.
• Familiarity with computerized systems validation (CSV) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with qualification and validation of single-use systems.
• Familiarity with automation systems such as DeltaV or other DCS platforms.

• Work together to define the project's scope with cross-functional teams that include design, development, and management of objectives and results.

Transaction Execution: Provide execution support to the senior team

· Assist in the preparation of marketing documents/presentations, including teasers, information memorandums, and management presentations

· Develop financial analyses to support deal process, including

(1) creation of financial models - operating models/Pro-forma earnings and

(2) preparation of valuation analyses - DCF, SOTP, and/or comparable company analysis (precedent transaction and trading)

· Be a reliable contact person for conducting and coordinating any client due to diligence processes

Manage client engagement through:

· Maintain client relationships by managing day to day inquires & obtaining appropriate information to execute assignments

· Coordinate between the different levels of the company and with external parties to complete the transaction

Industry Specific

· Preparing market and industry research reports highlighting key issues, trends, and outlook as advised by the senior team

· Undertake research on special projects or sectors to identify business opportunities including potential clients

· Track identified companies/sectors on a regular basis for key events and announcements

· Provide the industry-related inputs for the creation of transaction marketing materials

· Conduct detailed industry analysis and develop firm Industry knowledge of one or more sectors

Administrative

· Responsible for all client files – hard copy and soft versions to be maintained and kept up to date and backed up on the server.

· Ensure that deal documents like NDAs, Engagement letters, etc. are stored correctly in hard and softcopy and backed up on the server

· Assist the senior team in drafting / negotiating NDAs and client engagement letters

· Set up and send out meeting and conference call requests

· Ensure that the closed deal process is followed (necessary client communication, preparation of tombstones, preparation of case study, etc.)

· Creating and updating company databases in a timely manner
