Minimum requirements

• 5+ years technical sales leadership experience: recruiting and developing high performance teams selling technology solutions to enterprise companies, ideally in a SaaS or pay-as-you-go business.
• 10+ years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles, such as Solutions Engineer, Architect, or Consultant, with a focus on architecting pre-sales solutions and establishing best practices.
• Experience working with customers in Asia Pacific, including Greater China & Southeast Asian customers
• Deep understanding of cloud-based solutions and the customer journey, from prospecting to revenue realization.
• Strong technical acumen encompassing APIs, distributed systems, databases, developer tools, and enterprise systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience working with a variety of technology stacks, from modern web applications to legacy ERP systems.
• Strong people management skills with a passion for coaching and developing others to their highest potential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills communicating and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
• The proven ability to work collaboratively with product management, product marketing and product engineering, you are seen as a trusted and objective advisor.
• A passion for evangelizing our capabilities and success on social media and other outlets to build brand preference and recognition.
• A self-starter who will take the initiative to develop programs for enablement and growth.
• A high degree of passion, energy, drive and willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$364,300 - S$546,500. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location.
