Job Responsibilities

• Manage the entire process of import and export operations for bulk commodities.
• Issue and review letters of credit, monitor shipping schedules, and prepare and validate import/export documentation.
• Act as a liaison between freight forwarders, customs clearance agencies, insurance providers, and warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster effective communication across internal departments and external service providers.
• Establish and organize detailed business records.
• Prepare business ledgers, reconciliation statements, and other required reports.
• Ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams regarding documentation and updates.
• Track orders throughout their lifecycle, ensuring efficient monitoring and updates.
• Address and resolve delivery-related issues promptly, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or related fields;
2. Extensive experience in domestic and international trade execution, familiar with trade processes, and capable of independently handling responsibilities;
3. Experience in documentation related to coal, chemicals, timber, oil products, metals, and agricultural products is preferred;
4. Outgoing personality, clear thinking, strong communication skills, and good stress tolerance;
5. Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to independently solve problems;
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a spirit of teamwork.

• Performing Routine Operations
• Attend toolbox meeting and ensure all the information regarding the status of each operations under his control are properly communicated and documented in patrol log and/or handover log sheets
• Supporting shift operation activities when in demand (such as shift manpower shortage or extra manning requirement during special operational period).

Accounts Executive (General Ledger, Healthcare Industry, up to $3.6k)

Job summary:

We are looking for a dedicated accounts executive for general ledger to be responsible for maintaining and organizing financial records, ensuring data accuracy, and checking figures for accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for period-end closing activities such as GL Journal entries, bank reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

* Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet and P&L monthly schedules.

* Prepare monthly reporting package for group consolidation purpose.

* Tax reporting and compliance (e.g. GST/WHT/Corporate Income Tax).

* Support internal audit, statutory audit and related matters.

* Prepare monthly financial & management reports and the related analysis and commentaries.

* Support the preparation of the yearly budget. Perform financial analysis of actual results against budget/forecast.

* Responsible and maintain Fixed Asset Register and Inventory Register.

* Establish and enforce policies and procedures; provide trends and forecasts; explain processes and techniques; recommend actions.

* Improve on current processes, procedure and internal controls as required.

* Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as and when required

Requirements:

* Minimum NITEC in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum 2-3 years of general ledger experience.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Experience in financial analysis for business segments will be an added advantage.
