Job Summary

We are seeking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Analyst who has been through at least a FULL life-cycle implementation for S/4HANA. Candidate must possess thorough understanding of SD-related Simplification items in S/4HANA and has played a key SD functional role in Testing, Data Migration and Cutover during their previous S/4HANA implementation.

Candidate should process strong SD business background, has hands-on with the related configurations and able to perform deep analysis to develop high quality work including functional and technical specifications.

Candidate will need to be detail oriented, a good team player and has excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business. This is key for supporting the various S/4HANA implementation phases including Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Mock/Actual Cutovers.

A knack on seeking answers on their own, reaching out for help and a thirst for knowledge are must have qualities in navigating Clients landscape.

Key Qualification:

· At least one FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.

· Good understanding of Finished Goods business process

· Experience in SAP SD is a must - worked on implementations around IDOCs, Orders, Pricing, Invoicing, Outputs etc.

· Performed detail system analysis, developed functional and technical specifications and hands-on configuration experience for S/4HANA in large-scale project implementation (preferably for a global, multi-national corporation)

· Played a key SD functional role in all Testing phases and Cutover activities for S/4HANA project implementation. Experience in Test Automation, Data Migration and Data Validation tools are a big plus.

· Ability to efficiently interact with multiple organizations to successfully implement projects between multiple modules.

· Worked closely with Technical, DevOps and other teams in design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

· Willing to listen and adaptive to learn new technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

· Cross functional team experience, excellent configuration and development skills.

Job Responsibilities:

· Hands on role in Test scope definition and Test scripting. Unit Test and String Test execution after code remediation. Perform end-to-end Integration Testing and supporting User Acceptance Test.

· Perform Data Validation using Client's selected tools during each data migration cycle

· Coordination across multiple tracks and functions for Cutover discussion and activities

· Deep-dive analysis of issues identified throughout Testing, Business Data Validation and Cutover cycles. Work across teams for triaging issues and resolution under a time pressure.

· Execute projects, setting project deliverables priorities, monitoring, reporting on the process, progress, risk, and result. Effectively communicate project status to the project stakeholder on a regular basis.

· Partner with business to ensure their expectations are met and managed. Ensures consistent delivery of a quality projects and adhere to Client's Project Life Cycle.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.

· At least one FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.

· At least 6+ years of SAP SD working experience in high tech manufacturing/OEM or consumer product environment.

• Coordinate Internal Control self-assessment and action plan implementation.
• Execute and coordinate yearly company Internal Control self-assessment campaign.
• Review supporting documents submitted by process owners, challenge declarations/ratings, and perform substantive tests to validate the accuracy of the process owners’ self-assessments.
• Identify main control gaps, formulate pragmatic, practical solutions and recommendations.
• Work with the process owners to design action plans to address the gaps identified effectively.
• Actively support local teams during implementation phases.
• Follow-up on the action plans and provide a clear picture of the progress and status for clear reporting and/or presenting to Management.
• Drive processes continuous improvement initiatives and advocate internal control good practices.
• Actively participate in drafting, developing, and implementing standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws (if applicable), strengthen internal controls, and promote standardization of processes.

• Draft internal control newsletters, assist or conduct trainings/webinars on internal control-related topics and processes, or to introduce new company guidelines or revisions of SOPs.
• Lead internal control projects and other initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate internal control projects (e.g., Business Continuity Plan, Crisis Management, Anti Money Laundering procedures, etc.).
• Monitor progress and prepare status reports for Management.
• Actively contribute to process continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., automation of financial processes).
• Partner with stakeholders to establish sound practices and effective controls.
• Review and improve business process SOPs, ensuring consistency with company Internal Control standards and guidelines, and identify and propose modifications or updates, if needed.
• Provide recommendations on effective and efficient procedures and controls for new business processes.
• Perform routine checks as the independent reviewer of business processes to ensure the continuous operating effectiveness of key controls.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute the standardization of workplace and infrastructure solution across the group, taking into consideration industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and manage workplace technology solutions including end users devices, telephony, collaboration and office productivity tools, managed print. These will include the focus on Microsoft 365 suite, including emerging technologies like Microsoft Co-Pilot.

• Implement and manage network infrastructure such as WAN, Enterprise LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, remote access and other network enabling technologies and applications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a combination of relevant professional experience.

• More than 5 year’s relevant working experience in managing Workplace Technology and infrastructure. Financial services industry experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure (i.e. Microsoft 365), including Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCCM, end point management tools.

• Familiar with WAN routing protocols, QOS, COS and experienced with Telco’s business and operations and network protocols like DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.

• Relevant certifications in Workplace Technology and Networking preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong technical, analytical and engineering competencies with hands-on experience in managing workplace and infrastructure environments.

• Customer and service centric and able to communicate concisely and clearly with non-IT-savvy users.
