Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze cases to determine required follow-up actions.
• Communicate effectively with appellants and internal stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with various agencies to retrieve necessary data and inputs, ensuring compliance with process workflows.
• Investigate process gaps, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with business process owners, ground users, and technical teams to implement changes.
• Support and conduct audits, track report submissions, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Provide accurate and concise responses to queries received via phone or email, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all processes.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated customer service experience with a strong track record of competency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, service-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Job Description:

• Conduct complex post-incident forensic analysis to investigate causes of intrusion, attack, loss, or breach occurring in an organisation.
• Identify and define forensic issues and root causes.
• Develop reports that detail incident timeline, evidence, findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Support the design of a breach notification process after a security incident to minimise damage and downtime when attacks and exploits occur.
• Select, test, and deploy security products and collect information about Internet-based criminal activities.
• Recommend corrective actions to prevent and mitigate internal control failures.

Requirements:

• Minimum total three years’ work experience as Digital Forensic Expert.

• Deliver wonderful shopping experience to shoppers and guests of Marina Bay Sands
• Attend to shoppers’ enquiries and feedback for customer experience improvement
• Perform Mall Marketing redemptions and any other duties assigned
• Attend to Luxury Shoppers (VIP Service training will be provided)

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training is preferred.

The Role of Vigeo's Personal Trainer:

• Guide students how to train effectively: Passionately coach and motivate students in a safe and highly engaging fitness environment, utilizing our unique Vigeo personal trainer system.
• Coach in a small group setting: Lead small group training sessions (up to 4 clients) in a safe and engaging environment, ensuring proper exercise technique and client safety.
• Foster a positive atmosphere and experience by motivating and inspiring clients to achieve their full potential by providing ongoing support and encouragement.
• Help coach each students beyond the gym by offering guidance and support through regular check-ins on their daily exercise, nutrition and habits.
• Cultivate and maintain Vigeo's community Grow the Vigeo Community by contributing to building a strong, supportive community spirit within the gym.

Additional Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000 per month

Schedule: 5.5 days work week

Weekdays:

• Morning shift: 7.45am - 3.15pm

OR

• Afternoon shift: 1.45pm - 9.15pm

Weekend:

• Saturday 7.45am - 1.15pm

OR

• Sunday: 7.45am - 1.15pm

Public holidays

• Morning shift: 7.45am - 1.15pm

OR

• Afternoon shift: 12.45pm - 6.15pm
