• Iterate and refine 3D assets based on feedback from team members and playtesting
• Stay updated on industry trends, especially those related to the engine and associated art pipelines

Bonuses:

• Familiarity with the Unity Engine and it’s relevant art import pipelines
• Proficiency in creating shaders, materials and VFX
• 2D art skills for concepting and texturing
• Preference and/or proficiency in stylized cute and cartoonish art styles
• Experience in managing a team

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D artist in the gaming industry
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D assets, including characters, environments, and props
• Solid understanding of composition, colour theory, and lighting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
