Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualisation and Visualisation: Work closely with the interior design team to conceptualise and develop interior design concepts for commercial spaces and private residential projects. Translate these concepts into detailed 3D renderings that accurately convey the intended aesthetic and spatial layout.
• 3D Modelling and Rendering: Utilise your proficiency in 3D modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Sketchup) to create realistic 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements. Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a 3D Designer/Visualiser in the interior design industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD, V-Ray, 3ds Max and Sketchup.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your 3D design skills and experience in commercial spaces and private residential projects (condominium and landed properties).
