WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As we set our sights on our next chapter of growth, we’re looking for a builder who’s going to accelerate Assembly in South East Asia and build our position in region as the true alternative to the established, legacy networks.
Your role will be to own our growth in South East Asia + Australia, evolving our go to market approach and adapting to win in region. Through this role you will also elevate Singapore to become a leading location for Client Experience and New Business for regional and global deals.
You will own and be responsible for the P&L for our Singapore, SEA & Australia business, the talent within and a portfolio of local, regional and global clients. The position will suit someone who thrives on making an impact, who believes in the true value of partnerships and someone who has a track record of building business, and leading, growing and nurturing talent reach their full potential, potential that translates into exceptional output.
You’ll also be making a difference to our APAC business, sitting on the Regional Leadership Team to ensure we’re building the most desirable business for our people and partners. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
- Proposition Development: Design, shape, and continuously improve our Singapore and regional proposition to ensure resonance and success.
- Opportunity and Revenue Ownership: Work with teams to identify and seize growth opportunities, achieving and exceeding revenue targets across the region.
- Market Growth Exploration: Actively seek to extend our footprint by assessing opportunities, mapping talent, and opening revenue channels.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with leadership across North Asia and Greater China in addition to Product Leadership across Insights & Connections, Data Consultancy and Activation, fostering collaboration and sharing insights to support regional growth. Inspire internal teams to deliver high-quality, leading-edge work.
- Talent Development: Focus on attracting and developing top talent in Singapore and beyond, ensuring personal growth and professional impact.
- Project Leadership: Lead your planning and activation teams across the sub-region to implement multi-channel strategies and ensure client success, retention and growth.
- Client Experience Leadership: Drive the client experience for Singapore and the region, crafting solutions that align with client needs and promoting Singapore as a key destination for regional and global deals.
- Publisher Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and vendors, structuring deals and joint business plans for mutual growth. Working in partnership with the APAC Commercial Director.
- Partner Collaboration: Work across Stagwell to co-create opportunities and drive mutual growth.
- Thought Leadership: Spearhead marketing and PR

- Omni-Channel Media Expertise: Substantial knowledge of omnichannel media, with a strong focus on digital and an understanding of technology as an accelerant.
- Growth Track Record: A proven track record of driving growth and winning new business.
- Communication Skills: Superb relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently interface with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Commercial Excellence: Proven expertise in commercial excellence, including managing P&Ls and driving profitability.
