Accounts Receivable:

 Implement an organized system for filing related documents and correspondences.

 Update weekly customer aging reports by Salesman and by Company.

 Generate and print Accounts Receivable aging reports.

 Email Statements of Account (SOA) to customers at month-end.

Position Overview

The Accounts Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations. This position requires a strong foundation in accounts payable, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate processing of invoices, supplier management, and inventory monitoring.

Role & Responsibilities

Perform Accounts Payable functions, including

• Update new supplier in accounting system.
• Processing invoices.
• Assist in month end account closing and preparation of balance sheet
• Apply payment to invoices
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Manage ad-hoc duties as assigned Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.

Responsibilities

• AR / AP function and data entry
• Check and update vendor invoices
• Fax and post customer invoices
• Read and record photocopier machine meter reading
• Arrange for photocopier machine maintenance and servicing
• Handle daily outgoing postage
• Handle petty cash claims and cash reimbursement when necessary
• Ensure all cheques received are being bank in accordingly
• Prepare documents for vehicles’ inspection at JIC
• Road tax renewal
• Keep record of stationary, uniforms, safety shoes, pantry groceries and top up accordingly
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• Minimum Nitec/O level
• Computer literate
• At least 1 years working experience in accounts department

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure strong customer retention base.
• Driving revenue growth in the Singapore Enterprise Resources Planning Software (ERP) market through identifying new opportunities.
• Schedule meetings to present latest updates and gather feedback from clients
• Work closely with inhouse business analysts and functional consultants to provide solution for clients' new requirements.
• Respond to quotation requests and assist with business and grant proposals.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell company's products to existing accounts.
• Meet accounts performance KPI’s as agreed with you and management.
• Update inhouse CRM system for accounts reporting.

Qualifications:

• 2 years and above sales working experienced is preferred
