About the company

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding arrangements.
• Handle Expatriate Management (work pass applications, income tax filing, housing support, salary/medical/education submissions to HQ, etc.).
• Liaise with government agencies such as MOM, IRAS, and CPF, while ensuring smooth internal employee communication.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of local HR experience, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently.
• Skilled in using MS Office software.
