We are looking for Senior HR Executive / Executive to provide operational support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure the effective delivery of HR services as well as the implementation of various HR initiatives in the client group.
· Be the point of contact for all operational HR queries from the client group
· Deliver timely & effective resolutions to these queries in partnership with internal HR COEs
· Process timely renewals of employment contracts, end-of-contract exits (e.g. resignation, retirement, dismissal and death), change in employment terms (e.g. part-time request, transfers, etc) as well as re-employment contracts (post-retirement) in accordance with HR policies and practices in partnership with HRBPs
· Process of out-of-system transaction applications such as overtime, claims and job-related allowances
· Manage the onboarding of new hires
· Participate in internal & external audits
· Ensure the accuracy of employee data for client group through monthly audits
· Develop and maintain HR Dashboard for client group in collaboration with HR COEs as required
· Run monthly/ad hoc HR reports & metrics
· Be conversant with the manpower plans of the client group
· Support organizational changes in client group & collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure timely updating of employee data changes in HRIS
· Assist HRBPs in the execution of HR initiatives for client group
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in any discipline
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proactive, meticulous, resourceful and able to work effectively and independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
· Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer service orientation
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
· Proficient understanding of Employment Act
