Logistics company is looking for a Human Resource Executive to manage full HR spectrum from Talent Acquisition to Policy Development and Leave Applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, formulating, implementing and maintaining HR Policies and Procedures.
• Providing general HR and administrative support (Appointment letter, new staff orientation & etc.)
• Providing full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employees: Handling work pass applications, renewal and cancellation of foreign work passes.
• Responsible for claims of government grants such as maternity leave and childcare leave applications.
• Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
• Managing the training and development needs of employee and administering the full spectrum of training and course.
• Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma (Any discipline)
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in Full Spectrum HR functions
• Fluent in Chinese to liaise with foreign employees and counterparts
• Working location: Changi, Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am-6.18pm (Working hours can be adjusted accordingly)

Key Duties and Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

· Sales of Curtains and Blinds to contractors and sub-contractors

· Development of customer network and maintaining cordial relationship with key customers

· Preparation of tender documents, submission of quotations and attending tender interviews

· Project, quotation tracking and close monitoring of tender results

· Sales forecast report

· Ability to achieve sales target with gross margin set by the Management

· Identify and create list of potential customers while maintaining sales database

· Ability to provide technical service support to architects, interior designers, main contractor and developers

· To achieve KPI and attendance of weekly sales meeting

Requirements:

· Diploma in Building, Architecture or Sales & Marketing preferred

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in building construction industry

· Proficient in MS Office applications

· Ability to work independently and work as part of a team

· Possess good communications and coordination skills

· Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
