Responsibilites:

- Generate new leads and prospects for semiconductor products within assigned regions.

- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate semiconductor solutions.

- Achieve sales targets by actively pursuing business opportunities in the semiconductor industry.

- Identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to position the company's products effectively.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support throughout the sales cycle.

Requirement:

- Prior sales experience is a plus, though candidates with no prior experience in sales or the semiconductor industry are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

We are partnering with a global medical manufacturer company to actively recruit for a Sales Executive, to be based in Singapore.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting existing business while being the primary point of contact to manage existing customers to achieve revenue targets.

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct overseas market development and expansion activities.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, identify potential customers, and support the business growth of existing customers.
• Implement the company's marketing strategies and develop regional market plans based on objectives.
• Provide accurate insights on market trends, changing demands, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Participate in domestic and international exhibitions and conduct visits to international customers.

· Update Site condition, Incidences, Deployment status through Watsapp daily

· Handle cash after work and forward all transactions to office daily

· Arrange for OJT

Weekly Routines:

· Rostering

Monthly Routines:

· Plan / Update Monthly sites Rosters

· Plan and submit Officers Off days to Payroll

As and when required:

· Notification for officers in PLRD Portal

· Ensure collection of weekly attendance especially for sites that requires attendance record for billing

· Follow-up on OJT & other administrative forms that need to be returned to office

· Attend to officers’ queries including those about wages

· Check application forms for completeness before submission to HR

· Issue uniforms and follow- up on return of uniforms by officers who resigned

· Follow- up on incident reports & action taken (AAR); Follow-up on field officers’ daily reports submission

· Follow-up on officers’ leave application approval & leave forms for filing

· Claim by officers

· Schedule for training of Officers

· Recruiting Relief Officers

Yearly requirements:

· Assist with Yearly Grading Exercise

Job Requirement:

· Plan and deploy officers

· Handle shortfall and activate replacements

· Respond to officers calls and messages

· Required to work of Public Holidays and weekends

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction

• Delivering expert technical consultative services and generating detailed specification documents for Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors

• Collecting and analysing feedback from customers and prospects, sharing insights with internal teams to refine and optimize sales strategies

• Proactively seeking new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms

Requirements

· GCE “A” Level, Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or other relevant professional qualifications

· 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive

· Prior experience in the building industry is an advantage

· Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and project management skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
