Reporting to Group Head of QESH & Compliance (Certification), you will have the opportunity to support the Group's sustainability activities. You will work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment with frequent opportunities to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide supports in achieving sustainability certification (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) & ESMS compliance for all regional entities.
• Support the compliance and implementation of Group Sustainable Policy.
• Monitor the progression of Sustainability and QESH Performance in all entities (e.g., GHG emissions, Water/waste Consumption, Traceability Performance, Supplier Engagement, Safety & Health Compliance and Product Quality Improvement).
• Produce QESH Reports as per requirement.
• Establish and verify supply chain mapping on Sustainability Dashboard.
• Any other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or any relevant fields.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience ISO or related audit assessments or sustainability work is advantageous.
• Willing to travel (up to 20% during low period and up to 80% of the time during peak season).
• Ability to communicate with our China’s office staff is preferred.
• Meticulous and possess strong planning and systematic coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Process incoming calls and claims documents promptly
• Contact ceding companies on incomplete information provided in claims documents
• Conduct audit trail check on colleagues’ entries
• Assist to extract and input data in Loss Reserving
• Authorize debit notes payments for amount as authorized by Section Head
• To run reports as and when required by Section Head

Requirements:

• A level / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Strong numeric skills
• MS Excel and Word knowledge
• Ideally with general insurance knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supporting export operations.
• Execute export documentation in compliance to customer, airline, destination customs and agent requirements.
• Manage Dangerous Goods (DG) team in shipment handling.
• Manpower planning, handling claims and incentives for the export operations team.
• Generating weekly and monthly statistics reports for Management reporting.
• Liaison for Singapore Customs matters.
• Engage with Ground Handling Agents for operational matters.
• Ensure operational compliance with regulations.
• Invoice recovery for all invoice pertaining to export office.
• Other adhoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least ITE/ Diploma and preferred in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent study.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & equipped with IT skills will be preferred.
• Good at statistics and willing to undertake projects.
• Service Oriented with a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to communicate in fluent English and good writing skills.
• Willing to take shift duties.
