The Senior Executive / Executive, Corporate Secretarial will work closely with the Head of Department and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
• Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio including preparing necessary documents/resolutions, bizfiling, updating statutory registers, liaising with clients, etc.
• Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance and ongoing company administration matters.
• Liaise with Registered Agent for incorporation of offshore companies.
• Maintain and update companies’ statutory registers, filing of certain specific resolutions with the Company Registrar of various offshore jurisdictions in compliance with the respective statutory requirements of each jurisdiction.
• Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
• Perform related ad-hoc assignments pertaining to the role

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field. Experienced candidates will be considered for senior executive.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications
• Meticulous, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Able to work independently and with integrity, with fair and principled temperament with a facilitative and commercial approach to matters.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and and familiar with Corporate Secretarial software such as Viewpoint is an advantage

The Finance & Operations Executive is responsible for responsible for monitoring and controlling all compliance aspects related to the financial and business operations activities. The key role is to be responsible for activities around monitoring the overall finance performance, timely MIS reporting, budgeting, and risk controls aligned to appropriate regulations and company standards. Additional duties include monitoring the performance and efficiency of the finance department through the provision of effective and timely feedback, methods, processes, and strategies, overall review & Integration of the overall financial results across all regions, divisions or projects, analyzing financial growth, risk impact and profitability relative to company. They will plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the financial and accounting activities within the business units of the company.

MAIN TASKS:

• Prepare Budget across Company, projects, divisions, etc. Monitor planned vs actuals for changes across cost, revenue, headcount, other factors and provide detailed analysis.
• Budget Vs Actual tracking, investigating variances, Analysis of gaps, profitability, risks and recommend resolutions.
• Provide analysis on performance reports & profitability analysis for projects, divisions, resources, units, etc.
• Monitoring and setting control environment for the cost-benefit analysis.
• Review and identify potential risks, raise for timely discussion/action to management team as required.
• Identifies and drives required changes as required (capacity, regulatory, efficiency, etc.) and areas for improvement to arrive at quick solutions or resolutions.
• Improvement of Internal Controls, accounting processes, policies & procedures for overall efficiency.
• Maintain and track project-related financial & risk impacts.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of requested Management reports.
• Check operations are aligned to all the required regulatory compliances in the respective territory.
• Owns the efficiency of finance services, facilitating inter office and inter team communication and coordination.
• Manages key relationships with internal stakeholders and influences and negotiates with managed service operations departments within due timelines.
• Assists in the development of strategic plans for finance activity in conjunction with business unit managers.
• Constant communication and collaboration with both the project members and executive leadership. Presenting findings and status of projects to stakeholders and effectively communicating between teams and departments.
• Continuously lead process and systems improvements across various functions within the team.

Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance or Business Administration.
• CA or CPA with atleast 3 - 5 yrs working experience in a small to medium sized company.

Skills & Competencies:

• Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and willingness to learn as is required as part of role. Articulate impact of these on business operations.
• Ability to articulate analysis, forecasts and translate it to action plans across different levels in the organization.
• Holds accountability for self and team members by taking appropriate steps to deliver individual and team/departmental goals.
• Excels at operating in a fast pace, shared responsibilities type of environment.
• Communication & Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written skills along with skills for critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, accounting softwares etc.
