RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Planning and Implementation

• Facilitate linkups between our organization and the community partners.
• Assist the Project Manager in facilitating data sharing, mapping of seniors' needs and joint monitoring of seniors.
• Assist the Project Manager for develop workflows, communication protocols for escalation and referrals of seniors.
• Implement programmes and activities run by COC.
• Coordination and supervision of services and activities for seniors.

Programme Evaluation & Administrative Duties

• Maintaining records to facilitate submission to AIC quarterly.
• Generate and submit Project Progress/Claims Report to AIC.
• Assist the Project Manager in handling staff on-off boarding, staff well-being, process claims and revising the proposed budget annually.

SCOPE

Reporting to the General Managert, the Executive Chef will manage all kitchen operations including Stewarding operations with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards and practices, staff training, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets customer’s expectations.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES

• Manage all functions of the Food Production and Stewarding operations to achieve the optimum departmental profit.
• Develop and maintain menus and recipes for each restaurant, while determining product prices, ensuring accurate costing of all dishes and maintaining good gross margins.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 10 years culinary experience, with 5 years in a kitchen management role, preferably with an international 5-star hotel chain.
• Experienced in various dining concepts in luxury hotels including all day dining, signature restaurants and celebrity chef restaurants.

Our client is a dynamic and innovative real estate development firm specializing in retail properties. We are seeking a skilled Retail Leasing Senior/Exectuive to join our clients team and play a crucial role in driving tenant occupancy and maximizing property revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential retail tenants to fill vacant spaces within the portfolio.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract high-quality tenants and achieve targeted occupancy rates.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine competitive rental rates and leasing terms.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals to prospective tenants, showcasing the benefits of our properties.
• Negotiate lease agreements, rent terms, concessions, and other leasing-related terms in alignment with company objectives.
• Foster positive relationships with existing tenants, addressing concerns and proactively addressing leasing-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field, however Real Estate degrees will be given priority.
• 3-5+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management, preferrably in Retail leasing.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating lease agreements and achieving occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leasing activities simultaneously.
• Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet leasing goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

Job Description

• Design and calculation of building's structural engineering works
• Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
• Preparation of study reports, design reports, technical notes and public consultation papers.
• Preparation of tender documents and technical specifications.
• Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
• Provide support in project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects

Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

· Build brand awareness through promotional packages and adjust strategies accordingly

· Compile and maintain comprehensive products/services offering lists

Requirements

· At least a diploma in Business or Marketing

· At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry

· Self motivated with the drive to meet new doctors to the centres

· Result-driven, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
