· Overall responsible for development and maintenance of customer accounts in Singapore and Indonesia
· Executes company promotional strategy.
· Manage each account to maximize profitability of systems, reagents and consumables.
- Provide monthly forecast and sales reporting
· Establish a customer call frequency appropriate to the level for each account
· Identify and support field sales efforts through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up
· Provide pricing, market and technical input for tender processes
· Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of Sebia and competition products
· Develops the relationship with the KOLs
· Performs sales presentations, lead evaluations/demonstrations with customers and distributor teams
· Participates in symposiums, workshops and exhibitions
