The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and supporting the company’s financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Handle payroll processing, including CPF submissions and tax-related filings.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in handling full sets of accounts (2+ years preferred).
