The Sales & Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting both the sales and marketing functions. • Assist in daily Operational coordination and documentation with freight forwarding background

• Lead and manage exception handling (DG, out of gauge, etc).
• Close monitoring and updates of customer’s shipments status.
• Ensure invoice accuracy to customer and from vendors.
• Prepare and maintain proper records timely as required, for reporting and filing purposes.
• Coordinate / liaise with other departments pertaining to work related matters (Business development, Finance, CL, etc)
• Coordinate / liaise with external stakeholders (POL, POD, Office, Agent, Transporter, Carriers, Coloaders, Customers).
• Support other adhoc tasks, new request, new customers as required.
• Develop business solutions from the data findings, root causes or gaps with a proper cost-benefit analysis for recommendation and facilitation of decision-making.
• Able to support fresh setup

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree holder, Logistics or Supply Chain discipline
• 3-5 years experience in Freight Forwarding operations
• Experienced in working with customers
• Experienced in working with logistics-related software

• Manage medical claims, insurance claims, and allowance claims.

• Process various claims, grants, programs, and course applications for employees.
• Update employees' personal information.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in an accounting and administrative role is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while being a good team player with strong communication skills.
• Capable of handling multiple duties and responsibilities simultaneously.

• Preferably holding a Certificate or Diploma in Accounting.
