Business Development, Operations & Sales Executive:
Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team and play a critical role in expanding the business through procuring new units and responding to enquiries on a daily basis to close tenancy deals. The person we are looking for need to pair prospective tenants with our suite of properties and meet sales targets through effective communication and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Expand the suite of properties offered
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries on a daily basis
- Market the units available on online portals and social media
- Co-ordinate and organise viewings with current tenants, prospective tenants & property agents or landlords
- Showing properties to prospective tenants and preparing Tenancy Agreements
- Liaising with new or existing tenants to hand over or takeover of rooms
- Solving any issues or concerns of rooms and tenants
- have a keen eye for interior design and suggest renovation ideas, color theory for new properties
- Performs other duties and activities as assigned
- This is a combined business development, operations & sales role and requires travelling
Requirements:
- STPM / Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, sales and marketing, business, graphic design)
- 1+ years of experience in sales or any related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving creative-thinking skills
- Positive attitude, energetic & self-motivated
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Able-bodied & willing to do manual labour & simple housekeeping to get rooms ready for the next tenant
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented and meticulous
- Able to work independently and build good rapport with other people
- Able to multitask efficiently and have good organisational skills
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer programs & social media
- preferably bilingual in English and Chinese
