As an Account Manager (Freelance On-site), you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. As a Transcreation Project Manager, you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. Working closely with our client's Marcom Project Managers and a network of creative talents from various markets across South East Asia (SEA), you'd also engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. You'd constantly need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are well managed. Your primary tasks include organising and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects and allocated budget.

Requirements

This is a 3 to 6-month rolling contract with view for permanency.

• A minimum of 4 years Project Management/Account Management/Traffic background in fast-moving agency environment
• Experience managing multi-market projects
• Experience working on global brands, ideally across all media, including print, interactive and film
• Demonstrable experience managing total creative workflow, i.e, internal briefing, briefing to vendors/studios, managing key milestones/deadlines, presentations/internal approvals, executions, delivery
• Proven project management skills

Remuneration:

• Base Salary: $6,000 - $8,000, Sales is on 60:40 pay mixed
• Transport allowance of $850 per month (provided if have own vehicle for travelling)

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing accounts to increase business opportunities and ensure excellent client relations.
• Prepare customer proposals, respond to tenders and RFQs in collaboration with Service Delivery and Project Managers.
• Develop presales materials, including brochures, presentations, and maintain proposal records while tracking project deliveries.
• Support the sales team with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Understand project execution and delivery processes; gather client requirements, perform analysis, and prepare functional and service specification documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 4 years in services-related sales.
• Proven experience in services sales, including participation in tender and bidding processes.
• Strong skills in account management, relationship building, and maintaining client accounts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across functions.
