We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Singapore.

In the sales process, the Account Executive acts as a strategic advisor for customers and prospects, using consultative and value-based and outcome based selling techniques and interacting with C level executives in the process. The Account Executive will need to effectively leverage internal and external stakeholders to successfully generate qualified opportunities, win new business and expand Software AG’s footprint in existing customers, establishing a long-term close partnership.

Essential functions:

• Utilizing your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our transformative solutions, focusing on Business Process Automation (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Identifying and engaging potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.
• Leveraging your knowledge of methodologies and frameworks such as PDCA, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ERM/COSO, Value Chain (Porter), and Business Model Canvas to tailor solutions to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance management, and enterprise architecture management needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis & modelling, process mining, internal control & audit to aid you in negotiation with clients.
• Navigating the BPM ecosystem, including ERP, Low code, ITSM/CMDB, Hybrid integration/iPaaS, API management, and Analytics and others as required.
• Managing the entire sales cycle,from hunting and prospecting to pipeline generation, opportunity management, and successful deal closing.
• Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities to the sales leadership team.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of successful SAS or Consultancy sales experience and background in process consulting or enterprise software sales.
• A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related field might be preferred
• Experience in a “New Business Hunter” role in a related field or industry.
• You should possess a specialized understanding of the different lines of business within the banking, public sector, or oil and gas verticals.
• Ability to speak and write fluent English.

Nice to Haves:

• 6+ years’ experience with value-based proposition SaaS sales.
• A well-connected network of c-level executives where your relationship could be advantageous.
• Proven track record in hunting, prospecting, pipeline generation, opportunity management, and deal closing.

Job Description:

-Oversee daily operations of Account Receivables

-Review journals and audit schedules, liaise and follow up with other departments to resolve issues

-Responsible for monthly closing, produce timely and accurate monthly reports to management

-In charge for sales audit and involve in annual audit

-Recommend and implement improvements in accounting systems, procedures and process to improve productivity

-Prepare GST filing

-Review monthly bank reconciliation

-Ensure the team perform monthly sales reconciliation on time and accurately

-Any other job duties as assigned

Requirements:

-Minimum O level / LCCI Diploma in Accounting

-At least 3 years experiences, preferably with experience to lead a team

-Meticulous, possess good analytical and problem solving skills

-Able to work well under pressure and able to cope with tight deadlines

-Team-oriented, outgoing and able to work with minimal supervision

-Possess good interpersonal and communications skills

-Preferably to start work immediately or within short notice

Job Scope:

• Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to clients

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
