Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts

• Responsible for monthly financial and analytical reports to management

• Involved in asset and inventory reconciliation

• Assist in export and import procedures

• Assist in quarterly GST submission

• Assist in annual corporate tax submission

• Involved in annual external audit

• Assist in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with procurement
• Processing of petty cash and invoices
• Verifying payment listings and maintaining of vendor listing
• Checking of payment vouchers from facilities
• Checking of management accounts and financial statements
• Prepare, review of budget proposals and monitoring of expenditure
• Checking of finance documents in preparation and provide support for audit
• Maintaining and updating of Admin and Finance records
• Tagging of fixed assets, inventory, and condemnation of items
• Issuing and obtaining signatures for Cheque
• Provide secretarial support for committee meetings

We are a food manufacturing company looking for a full-time accountant with a degree in accounting, at least 3 to 4 years of experience as an accountant, and experience using accounting software.

Job scope

Assist with recording daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring data integrity.

Require to handle a full set of accounts, including data entry

Support in processing invoices, payments, and collections; manage reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist Accounts receivable and Accounts payable function

Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records.

Prepare quarterly GST filing

Involve in quarterly stock count

Liaise with external auditors Preparation of a full set of accounts including audit schedules and assist in preparing financial statements, monthly closing processes, and providing data for audits.

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Scope


