Job Purpose

-The role will oversee the day to day facilities operations and management at both Office sites @ Nexus and Novena.

-This role may include project involvement in the setup of the new office spaces at Novena

-Oversee operations of the Facilities matters at the NHG Offices ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities. Ie.M&E contracts management, cleaning, powershutdown,server rooms.

-Ensure efficient running of the office administrative matters.

-Respond to Facilities emergencies 24/7 under Building Management Services ie. Temperature controls in Server Rooms, Security Access Doors, CCTV issues and Fire Warden

-Preparation of CS Facilities budget and chargeout matters

-Plan and implement facilities related projects ie. Renewals

-Space planning/ renovation projects.

-Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues.

-Manage A&A projects at Novena Site Office

-Season parking management

Salary range : $3,300 - $5,000

Must be willing to come back to work on some Sat / sundays, due to renovation work
