Job Scope:

Research

· Assist with data collation, analysis, and compilation of Singapore Cultural Statistics

· Assist with building of data warehouse/research for quarterly data insights newsletter, Culture Bytes.

· Assist with organisation of research training workshops for the Cultural Policy Research Network.

· Assist with development of Custom-GPTs for Research use cases where needed (training will be provided).

Any other duties as may be agreed and assigned.

Location: Clarke Quay

Working Hours:

Mondays – Thursdays, 9am – 6.30 pm (1 hour lunch break)

Fridays, 9 am – 6 pm

Hybrid mode – few days in office and some days work from home

Job scope

• Administrative and basic accounts support, including attendance and leave management.
• Generate reports on absenteeism, leave requests, KPIs, and ensure accurate calculations.
• Prepare work specifications, BQs, and handle variation claims.
• Act as a point of contact for facilities-related issues and coordinate maintenance with vendors/contractors, and to support facilities team for issue resolution
• Assist account department to maintain financial records
