Air Freight Operations Executive

ARAMEX Singapore is expanding! We are seeking Air Freight Operation Executive to join our Singapore team. You will report to the Air Freight Manager.

What are the roles and responsibility?

• Handle alerts in Cargowise for the Master execution
• Work closely with Air Freight Specialist team and Airlines on booking status
• Follow up with Airlines for perishable / DG requirements and temp upgrades
• Apply online booking via Airline direct sites or through carriers
• Generate AWB and MAWB based on customer requirements in destination clearance
• Prepare LC AWB and other required documents for payment
• Following the AWB standing instruction of docs accompany such as EAP

Requirement for the role

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Have some experience in IT project management and software development.(preferred)

Experience in developing and deploying software applications, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.

Experience with database management systems.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience in writing detailed reports and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Assist stakeholders to identify any unsafe condition or unsafe work practice

Requirements
