Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team! In this role, you will help coordinate shipments, ensure smooth operations, and maintain up-to-date records for a seamless logistics process. Your ability to stay organized and collaborate with different departments will help us deliver excellence to our customers every time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Schedule shipments and ensure all related paperwork is accurate.
• Maintain up-to-date records of inventory and deliveries.
• Prepare and manage delivery orders and address basic inquiries.
• Conduct warehouse visits to manage stock levels when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in creating and updating operational reports and documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations for paperwork.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level education (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to $3,000 basic + variable bonus.
• Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am – 1:00pm)

Working Hours: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Schedule: 3 working days per week (Preferably Mon, Tues and Thurs; open to discussion)

Salary: $12/hr - $13/hr

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment (not limited to) which includes preparing job description, posting of job vacancies, reviewing resumes, coordinating, scheduling the interviews, conducting reference checks, following up with the hiring managers and notifying candidates of the interviews outcome.
