Responsibilities:

• Develop CRM strategies and marketing campaigns to optimise customer retention and sales growth
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns end-to-end, including the design, processes, performance tracking, QA and ROI reporting
• Manage, plan and execute CRM and marketing campaigns on all communication channels including email, SMS, etc
• Identify and implement new cost-efficient communication channels
• Analyse existing customer data to understand customer behaviour, improve brand loyalty and gain new leads and potential customers
• Adopt new trends and strategies such as upselling and cross-selling to expand customer base
• Manage loyalty programme and member acquisition
• Coordinate with IT, product, operations teams, graphic designer and other internal and external stakeholders in the execution of CRM strategies
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administrations and other related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferrable in retail industry
• In-depth knowledge of CRM tools, CDP platforms, email and WhatsApp marketing

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the Advancement Office and HQ Finance for all fundraising and donation matter, in particular managing the staff donation process.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of staff donations across Group through preparation and analysis of regular reports.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, Shared Services, Finance and Advancement Office to ensure seamless operations of the staff donation process.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to staff donations through regular report monitoring and communication with relevant parties.
• Collaborate with team members and other key stakeholders in streamlining the donation process.
• Assist Finance and Advancement office in collating the information needed for reports such as annual reports, progress reports to donors, publication etc.
• Any other ad-hoc projects related to the Group charities, or administration of fundraising matters.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of working experience in administration.
• Experience in coordination roles, preferably within a large organization.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
