Non-SSOE ICT Infrastructure Maintenance

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for non-SSOE ICT hardware and software issues across the school under the instructions of HOD/SH ICT and ICT Manager. This includes managing device setups, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all non SSOE ICT equipment.

Maintenance of ICT Resources: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and timely updates of all non-SSOE ICT and AV equipment. This includes maintaining the security of school devices, ensuring software updates are applied, and managing equipment booking systems for staff and student use.

The personnel shall minimally have the following skills:

Good relevant technical knowledge in AVA, including but not limited to setup of sound system, projectors, and others.

Good relevant technical knowledge in videography, including but not limited to video filming, video editing and sound editing.

Good relevant technical knowledge in photography, including but not limited to photo taking, photo editing and basic graphic design.

Having a good proficiency in English
