Claims Executive

Job Summary:

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Location: HQ - Orchard

Job Description:

• Submit of e-claims through the Mediclaim portal in accordance with the Medisave Regulations
• Update the Medisave summary file on the submission and status of claims
• Check and ensure claims payment from various institutions are tally with no discrepancies and follow up with relevant parties on any claim issues
• Issue of final bill or cheque refund to relevant parties
• File and organize all related documents, ensure accuracy and done in a timely manner
• Handle of all emails and calls on claim enquiries
• Maintain prompt communication with both internal and external parties
• Provide the required support with the objective of providing quality claim service experience
• Any other duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years exp in patients claims & AR collections
• Diploma/ Degree holder
• Experience in handling large volume of transactions
• Experience in the clinical setting preferred

Requirement

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail
• Able to work independently or in a team-based environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Preferably 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales and freight forwarding industry
• Possess knowledge on logistics, import/export procedures and Incoterms
• Good command of English written and spoken
• Good customer service and communication skills
