• Support the team in ensuring all deliverables of the system are achieved during and after setup.

Business Development:

• Source new products (e.g. chemicals, new equipment or parts for relevant industries).

• Explore new market opportunities in the region.

• Seek out and propose joint-venture concepts (i.e. working with other businesses or brands) that may be synergistic with our long-term strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Prepare journal entries and posting

· Communicate with clients, handle queries and request

· Responsible for AR & AP function and monthly reconciliation

· Responsible for progress claim

· Provide day to day assistance, and administrative and audit related activities

· Prepare invoices and credit notes

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing

· GST preparation

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

· Required skill(s): accounts software - Quick book, basic accounting, Communication Skill, MS Excel and Words

· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Able to start immediately would be advantage.

· Able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Receipt/ Adjustment entries
• Monitor and take follow up actions on outstanding bills
• Issuance of credit notes and debit notes
• Need to handle cash and cheques bank in
• Prepare monthly aging report and statement of accounts
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Relevant accounting qualifications and experience preferred
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Analytical, with good inter-personal & communication skills

• Assist accountant with data entry and basic accounting
• Assist accountant with basic preparation of tax computation
• Prepare applicable forms & supporting documents for compliance reporting requirements to ACRA, IRAS, CPF & clients
• Ensure that all reporting and compliance deadlines are met
• Liaise with Clients, Auditors, Directors & Government agencies
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
