Job Description & Major Responsibilities
• To be responsible for sales of Spare Part, General Service, and Modification (Customer account based).
• To handle customer sales enquiries/ complaints on regarding modification/spare parts/ service etc.
• To work with Equipment Sales Account/ FSO Technical/ Direct Dealing with customers for closing the issue or sales matters.
• To handle customer enquiry, RFQ, make sales proposal and quotation activities etc.
• To be responsible for sales negotiation and closing of sales.
• To liaise with customer, Japan counterpart for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales/ spec/ price issue.
• To be responsible for Japan factory engineer labor order and process.
• Bi-weekly/ Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update (Customer account based).
• To analyze monthly sales invoice of modification/ spare parts, and the forecast planning (Customer account based).
Desired Qualifications / Requirements / Competencies :
• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/ Degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
• Team player with good communication skills, documentation and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
