• Organize data for consolidation.
• Ensure that vendor invoices, payments, receipts, accruals and other relevant month end journals are posted accurately into accounting system.
• Organize and maintain up to date financial records/cash flow.
• Ensure entries of expenses, claims, invoices and other accounting documents are maintained, processed and recorded accurately.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of Accounting and finance principles and practices
• Experience in AP /AR processes, posting invoices, managing invoice discrepancies
• Good concept of accrual accounting

Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance functions.

Education

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business or a related discipline.
