• Position Title: Account Payable Assistant
• Working Location: Potong Pasir
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle partial accounts – AP.
• Assist in the preparation of GST filing.
• Support the Head of Finance Manager in month-end closing and reporting.
• Process daily accounting activities such as payments and data input for supplier's invoices timely.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently for 3 companies
• Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices timely
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, maintain records & data entry
• Perform month-end closing
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monthly/annual stock count
• Compile and analyse financial information for Manager review
• GST preparation & submission
• Familiar with the use of AutoCount system
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience with full sets of accounts
• Good knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details with an analytical acumen
• Independent, well organized, have an open mindset and a strong team player
