• Manage and organise annual declaration of independence for staff

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

• Partners the Global Head of HR CIB and Value Stream Leads to build, refine, manage and deliver the holistic, business centric CIB People Agenda in service of the business delivering its strategy. Elastic is searching for an Enterprise Account Executive for the Indonesia territory to expand our Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts. This role will be based in Singapore and requires occasional travels to Indonesia to expand our Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts.

What You Bring With You:

Job Description

You will be supporting the Investments team at CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd (CLINTMPL) and report to the Assistant Vice President, Investments at CLINTMPL.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating investment strategies that are in line with the overall business plan of Capitaland India Trust Management Pte Ltd
• Identify suitable investment targets (industry/sector, company, etc) and generate investment leads (direct and indirect) to fulfill assigned targets
• Independently handle execution of financial modelling, feasibilities and investment papers for deals

Job Description

Product Management & Marketing Activities:

• Develop and iterate marketing plans for assigned portfolio(s) which include new product launches, product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, tactics, demand forecast, and pricing strategy per Corporate’s guidance
• Create and drive market shaping and market development initiatives to accelerate conversions and project wins
• Collaborate with countries and GA regional team to develop and execute region and country strategies

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Marketing or industry-related discipline (MBA is an advantage)
• Over 5 - 7 years of working experience in marketing with minimum 3 years’ marketing experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, demonstrating strategic thinking and successful implementation of marketing strategies
• Prior experience in sales/commercial roles is desired
• Experience working with distributors and / or digital marketing would be an advantage
• Possesses strong business acumen and excellent presentation skills (both oral and written)
• Possesses strong drive to succeed, reflected by proven track record
