Project Manager is an integral part of the organisation, ensuring the successful development, planning, execution and close-out of all aspects of the projects. The role is responsible for the schedules of all design and build projects, establishing critical path tasks to ensure the desired completion date with an eye towards risk mitigation. • Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and submission of reports to HQ
• Handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters
• Prepare and submit management and statutory reports to HQ
• Participate in yearly budgeting procedure
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
• Liaise/handle with auditor to issue audited financial statement and proceed the AGM with necessarily required document including Annual Return form and XBRL
• Prepare and file withholding tax/GST/Corporate Income tax returns
• Prepare and file income tax return of employees both Singapore and Korea
• Keep monitoring yearly budget
• Liaise with banks to submit necessary documents
• Any other job duties which may be assigned

Requirement:

• Related field; or releavant certifications is an advantages
• Experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems for production planning and control
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
