Budget Management

• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Monitor and report on marketing spend to ensure financial accountability.

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and manage a marketing team of 3–10 members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality work, meets deadlines, and aligns with strategic goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with sales, product management, and the central marketing team to ensure alignment and buy-in for marketing initiatives.
• Maximize resources and maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Sales Enablement

• Develop marketing collateral and content to support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
• Ensure materials are tailored to target audience needs and aligned with the buyer’s journey.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting specific market segments.
• Utilize a variety of tactics, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), paid social, webinars, email marketing, and direct mail, to generate demand and leads.

Content Marketing

• Create and oversee the production of thought leadership pieces, blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and videos to engage and educate the target audience.
• Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the audience.

Digital Marketing

• Oversee the infrastructure section of the website through the central marketing team, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Expand and maintain a strong presence across digital platforms, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Technical Alignment

• Ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline operations and enhance effectiveness.

Marketing Analytics

• Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conversions, attribution, and pipeline growth.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record in team management and campaign execution.
