Responsibilities:

• Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems and supervise the M&E team in carrying out duties

• Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out in excellent quality within the schedule timeline and budget and set routine maintenance

• Perform site planning, coordination and inspection that related to M&E and facilities

• Responsible in preparing tender specification & post contract and renovation projects

Qualifications/requirements:
