• Proven experience in leading data migration projects involving Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards in a global environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of a team – this would include recruitment, yearly appraisal and training of your team.

• Tenancy Management - Managing end-to-end of tenancy operations, including but not limited to the followings

1. onboarding and offboarding of tenants,

2. conducting routine inspections,

3. management of arrears and taking the appropriate action,

4. Designing policies for new initiatives (e.g. Bridging Programe, One Stop Services etc)

• Facilities Management - Working with contractors and stakeholders to ensure high standards of cleanliness, good maintenance of facilities and good environment of Hawker Centre. This includes

1. responsive incident management,

2. efficient table-cleaning, general and toilet-cleaning,

3. effective pest control,

4. preventive and routine maintenance,

5. cyclical repairs/redecorations,

6. attending to emergency

7. and ad hoc improvement works.

• Feedback Management & Stakeholders' Engagement - Addressing feedback and appeals professionally and regularly engaging stakeholders (e.g. stallholders, contractors, Hawkers Association, landlord and relevant authorities etc) to implement initiatives and resolve operational issues.

• Routine exercise – Taking a lead in planning and coordinating of activities such as fire drills, quarterly spring cleaning and community activities.

• Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering with at least ten years of relevant experience.
• Lead the Project Team.
• Manage the budget and cash flow of the project.
• Ensure the quality of all works to reach the desired CONQUAS score.
• Ensure workplace safety, health and environment.
• Lead the project team in various tender and project management activities.
• Perform project, workforce and material planning.

1. Familiar the whole shop operation and able to carry out any role in the shop (Prepare food/beverages/desserts/cashier and others)
2. Ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction, able to handle customer feedback effectively

4. Stock contolling/goods ordering (sometime job is required to carry heavy stuff)
5. Manage resources to ensure smooth running of store operations
6. New full time staff or part time staff training (i.e. good knowledge about daily operation and able to explain clearly to team members during training)
7. Responsible for outlet sales target and KPIs
8. Responsible for outlet work duties arrangement,scheduling and reporting shortage or excess of manpower to Area manager regualrly
9. Other daily or monthly paper work required by HQ
10. Candidate with Food & Beverage Safety & Hygiene Policies and Procedure Certification will have an added advantage

Prepare all necessary reports and attendance sign-in documents for use

Ensure attendance sign-in is accurate and complies to requirements for ease of billing

Archive all attendances and reports in an organized manner (site and in HQ)

Manage day to day operation of construction project (HDB Project RC Sub-contractor),

Lead team of supervisors and workers to carry out the contruction of building structure works (Rebar and formwork works) on site according to maincon's schedule, safety and quality requirement. Coordination with main contractor and resolve all site matters.

In charge of planning and scheduling, manage RC labour workers in all aspects.
